Online Order: Kozy Clutter provides a very easy to use, secure shopping cart and we accept the following valid credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Orders placed on our website are completely secure. Just choose the items you wish and proceed to the secured checkout area. Upon final checkout, an email will be generated back to you indicating that your order has been received and forwarded to the appropriate areas for confirmation/validation and will be forwarded to Kozy Clutter’s Customer Service area for final processing and shipping. This type of method is a real-time transaction. Once shipment is made, we will issue another email to you indicating that your order has been shipped along with your UPS/USPS tracking number. Orders are shipped approximately within 72 hours (not including weekends and holidays).
Orders by Phone: We are NOT able to accept phone orders at this time.
COD Orders: COD orders are NOT accepted.
Product Availability: Kozy Clutter will always make every effort to keep all items shown in stock and available, however, some items may only be carried on a seasonal basis or limited in quantity by the manufacturer. Seasonal items, once sold out, may or may not become available again until the following seasonal year.
In the event that an item is not available or sold out, you’ll be notified at final checkout or an immediate turnaround email notification will be sent to you and your credit card will not be charged for the unavailable item(s).
Sale Items: Sale items have been drastically reduced. In order to provide our customers with the savings, we cannot accept returns. When you see the "sale" message on the product description page, please know that you will not be able to return the item unless it arrived damaged or defective. If you have any questions, please email Customer Service at customerservice@kozyclutter.com before placing your order.
Incorrect Addresses: If an incorrect address is given by the buyer and a shipment is returned to Kozy Clutter, the buyer will be responsible to pay the cost to re-ship the item.
Cancellation of Order: Once an online order has been completed and approved for processing by the customer, it cannot be canceled.
