Shipping Info

  Domestic Orders:

• Kozy Clutter offers shipping using UPS Ground or USPS Express services. (NOTE: UPS will not deliver to PO Box addresses therefore a PO Box address is not acceptable as a shipping address -- Must have a house/business number address for delivery).

UPS Ground Service:
• Services all 50 US states.
• Service takes approximately 3 to 7 business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays) for delivery depending on location. (NOTE: Please remember to add 1 to 2 business days for Kozy Clutter to process the order)
USPS Express Service:
• Delivery to most addresses in US - including PO Boxes.
• Next day delivery by noon or by 3:00pm to many destinations. (NOTE: Please remember to add 1 to 2 business days for Kozy Clutter to process the order)

• Kozy Clutter's shipping charges are calculated in real-time. Charges are based on total package weight and the destination/shipping address.

• Kozy Clutter is not responsible for wrong shipping addresses provided by sender. Please make sure you have correct address information when placing an order.

• If incorrect address is given by the sender/purchaser and the shipment is returned to Kozy Clutter for incorrect address by the shipping service, the purchaser will be responsible to pay the costs to re-ship the item(s).

• Kozy Clutter is not responsible for packages sent and not claimed or refused by the receiver. If a package is returned back to Kozy Clutter as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, Kozy Clutter will refund the purchaser the amount of the item(s) minus all shipping charges (shipping charges are not refundable). Notification will be sent to the purchaser via e-mail.

• In the event your purchase was damaged in transit, please report the damage to UPS within two (2) days of receiving the delivery/package. You can contact UPS at 800-742-5877. If damaged in transit, a claim must be made by the receiver -- Do not return to Kozy Clutter.

• Kozy Clutter processes orders and ships during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday, 9 am -- 5 pm PST excluding holidays). Orders received on weekends/holidays are processed and shipped the following normal business day.

• Currently Kozy Clutter does not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

• UPS Holiday Schedule: UPS makes no pickup or delivery on the following days:

• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Day
• New Year's Eve
• New Year's Day

  International Orders:

• Kozy Clutter currently only accepts international orders and shipments to the following countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, United Kingdom.

• All international orders must be paid for in U.S. dollars.

• Kozy Clutter offers shipping using USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International.

• Shipments using USPS Priority Mail International service take approximately 6 to 10 business days for delivery. (Please remember to add 1 to 2 business days for order processing before the order is shipped.)

• Shipments using USPS Express Mail International service take approximately 3 to 5 business day for delivery. (Please remember to add 1 to 2 business days for order processing before the order is shipped.)

• Any duties or taxes that may become applicable within the receiving country are the buyer's responsibility and not covered under our shipping costs.

• Kozy Clutter is not responsible for wrong shipping address provided by the sender. Please make sure you have the correct address information when placing an order.

• If an incorrect address is given by the buyer and a shipment is returned to Kozy Clutter, the buyer will be responsible to pay the cost to re-ship the item.
