When placing your order, you will see an icon (symbol) at the bottom of your screen which looks like a lock. This icon means that your data (information) is secure and free from any tampering. Your name, address and credit card information, plus everything else about your order cannot be read by anyone else as the information travels from your computer to ours.

ORDERING:
Kozy Clutter provides a very easy to use, secure shopping cart and we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Orders placed on our website are completely secure. Browse our website and when you find an item you'd like to purchase, click "Buy Me Now" (Add to Cart). When you're finished shopping, click the secure "Proceed to Checkout" button and follow the information prompts. Upon final checkout, an email will be generated back to you indication that your order has been received and forwarded to the appropriate areas for confirmation/validation and will be forwarded to our order processing area for final processing and shipping. This type of method is a real-time transaction. Once shipment is made, we will issue another email to you indicating shipment confirmation along with UPS/USPS tracking information. Orders are shipped approximately within 24-48 business hours of order receipt (not including weekends and holidays). We do list some of our upcoming items as "Coming Soon" and once they arrive in store, we open them up for purchasing. We also list items that are "Out of Stock" as such. Otherwise items listed on our website are in stock and available for purchasing. With that being said…please note, on occasion, an error can happen and if it should...we will issue a full refund immediately and notify you.
Kozy Clutter needs your correct email address so we can send you an order confirmation and shipping tracking information once we've shipped your order. If a problem occurs with the order, we want to contact you as soon as possible so a correct email address and phone number is important. We do not sell or exchange your email/phone information with any third parties.
Currently we are not offering a layaway plan.
At present we are not taking phone orders. Kozy Clutter DOES however offer the most up to date, convenient and time saving online shopping for you to place your order 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Kozy Clutter is setup for internet purchases only. All items and coming soon items are listed on our website www.kozyclutter.com for your convenience.
Once an online order has been approved and forwarded for processing by the customer through the automated ordering system, it cannot be canceled.
Kozy Clutter does not accept COD orders or ship on COD ordering. No exceptions.
CREDIT CARDS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We're required to obtain your card verification number in order to process your credit card. It's a further security precaution that many internet businesses must take. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover have sent out notification to their card customers asking them not to purchase from companies that do not require the CVN -- Card Verification Number. If an incorrect or incomplete card verification number is given, your payment will be declined when issued for approval processing through the payment gateway system & card financial institution.
Kozy Clutter does not use PayPal.
Kozy Clutter does not offer a "Bill Me Later" payment plan.
Kozy Clutter is a licensed business website retailer with online POS (Point of Sale) processing meaning we provide "real-time" credit card payment processing.
SHIPPING:
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
If an incorrect address is given by the buyer/purchaser and a shipment is returned to Kozy Clutter by the shipping agency, the buyer/purchaser will be responsible to pay the cost to reship the item and any other fees applied by shipping agency (UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service for Package Shipments in the USA - Effective 07/12/10 -- Sec. 33 http://www.ups.com/media/en/terms_service_us.pdf), will be passed along to the customer.
Currently we are not shipping internationally.
Shipping charges are calculated in real-time. Charges are based on total package weight and the destination address. We do not use a "one-charge fits all" pricing policy. All available shipping options are selectable/offered during the order checkout process.
You can find the exact cost of a shipment by doing the following:
  • Place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Fill in the requested information regarding the "Shipping & Billing".
  • Choose the choice of carrier service offered.
  • At this point all shipping costs will be given to you for the "Ship To" information which you have provided. This will also show you the total cost of the item(s) and shipping for your invoice. IF all is satisfactory....proceed through the checkout providing credit card information and final approval. IF once the shipping costs for the area which you've provided is not agreeable to you....simply hit the "back" button on your computer and back out of the checkout process and delete the item(s) from your shopping cart.
If you'd like items sent to different address, you must place separate orders for each address.
An order usually ships within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. During the holiday season however it may take longer for orders to be processed. If there is a problem with your order or your item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email address you provided regarding any problem/issue. Don't forget to calculate UPS timeframe of approx 5 business days for their delivery.
  • If an order/package is refused by the customer and returned back to Kozy Clutter, ALL shipping charges to and from recipient and any other fees applied by shipper (UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service for Package Shipments in the USA - Effective 07/12/10 - Sec. 33 http://www.ups.com/media/en/terms_service_us.pdf), WILL be passed along to the customer.   • If an order/package has been shipped to a customer with FREE shipping (original shipping paid for by Kozy Clutter) and customer refuses the package/order, ALL shipping charges to and from recipient and any other fees applied by shipper (UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service for Package Shipments in the USA - Effective 07/12/10 -- Sec. 33 http://www.ups.com/media/en/terms_service_us.pdf), WILL be passed along to the customer. No exceptions.
If your shipment was damaged in transit by UPS carrier service, you must notify UPS within 24 hrs of receipt and report the damages. UPS Customer Center number is 800-742-5877. Also, send email to customerservice@kozyclutter.com regarding report to UPS.
RETURNS:
Contact Kozy Clutter immediately via email to returns@kozyclutter.com. Include in your email your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and brief description on reason for return. Notification must be received by Kozy Clutter within five (5) days of receipt of your shipment (no exceptions). Upon receipt of that email, Kozy Clutter will assign the item a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and provide you with further information regarding the return. No return will be accepted by Kozy Clutter without an assigned RAN (Return Authorization Number). Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
You have fifteen (15) days from the delivery date. Again remember, you must notify Kozy Clutter via email and have an assigned RAN (Return Authorization Number) in order for Kozy Clutter to accept your return. No return will be accepted by Kozy Clutter without an assigned RAN (Return Authorization Number). No exceptions.
Item must be in perfect resaleable condition and NOT USED or tampered with:
  • The following items are NOT acceptable for return: All Charlie Bears; All Kaycee Bears; All Collectible dolls.
  • Must have assigned Kozy Clutter RAN (Return Authorization Number)
  • All appropriate tags intact
  • No rips/tears to original box/foam on special product packaging where applicable
  • You must use a shipping box for return
  • Item(s) being returned in the timeframe specified (15 days from delivery receipt).
If item(s) is not returned in original packaging and condition (i.e., original tags attached, original boxes/packaging intact, no alterations or tampering) a 30% restocking fee will be charged. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and COD's will not be accepted.
Kozy Clutter must be notified within 48 hours of delivery receipt (no exceptions) via email to returns@kozyclutter.com with all information regarding the damage/defect or wrongly shipped item(s). Include in that email your order number and the item(s) damaged/defective/wrongly shipped. Upon receipt of that email, Kozy Clutter will assign the item a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and provide you with further information regarding the return. No. As with any retailer which you may have a return with, the retailer in most cases is going to want the damaged/defective/wrongly shipped item returned back in order to forward a replacement. Kozy Clutter will do everything possible to make the return as convenient as possible but, as with any retailer, there are policies/procedures with returns.
All sales on collectible doll purchases are final with no refunds unless the item was wrongly shipped, defective or damaged during shipment -- No exceptions. Due to the collectible nature of these dolls and the importance of all intact wrappings, tags and the required pristine condition of these dolls, all sales are final. We inspect ALL dolls before they leave our store to ensure that the doll is in mint condition, has all certificates, tags and any additional accessories noted in the dolls description.
All sales on Charlie Bear purchases are final with no refunds unless the item was wrongly shipped, defective or damaged during shipment -- No exceptions. Due to the collectible nature of these bears and the importance of all intact wrappings, tags and the required pristine condition of these bears, all sales are final.
